Alice Roberta Reidelberger

	Alice Roberta Reidelberger, of 2270 Fleetwood Drive, San Bruno, Calif., known as Roberta or Ro by her immediate family and close friends and as Alice professionally, died early on the morning of Wednesday, November 28, 2001 at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in South San Francisco, Calif.  She died after long years of physical ailment culminating in respiratory failure and pneumonia, complicated by emphysema.
	Alice was born September 8, 1929 in Pinckneyville, the youngest child of Luther C. and Hazel H. Reidelberger, both of whom preceded her in death.
	Alice was raised and went to elementary school in Pinckneyville.  In 1943, she moved with her family to St. Louis, Mo. where she finished her education and attended Beauty College.  She became associated with Seligman and Latz, the worlds largest concessionaire of beauty salons, at their shop in the Stix, Baer and Fuller Department Store.  She remained at the St. Louis store for 20 years, achieving prominence as their premiere high fashion hair stylist with a host of clients and associates.
	In 1970 she transferred to San Francisco where she became a salon manager, then area supervisor and finally executive assistant.  Upon leaving Seligman and Latz, she trained as an accountant.  She worked as an independent accountant until she became associated with the Bank of America where she became an account executive.
	Leaving the Bank of America, she joined the staff of K-Mart where she worked until her retirement in 1995.  For the last 23 years, she has lived with her sister, Helen, in San Bruno.
	Alice is survived by her sister, Helen; an older brother, Jacque of Winona, Minn. and a great number of first and second cousins in California, Georgia, Illinois, Mexico, South Carolina and many friends and associates.
	A memorial service was held Tuesday, December 4 at the San Bruno Funeral Home.
	 Friends called locally at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, Thursday, December 6 from 11 a.m. until 2:15 p.m.  Graveside funeral services were held following the visitation at 2:30 p.m. in Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, on the family plot, with Rev. James Bush officiating.
